With rising healthcare costs, a maturing population, and economic uncertainty, it’s really no question why promoting a culture of wellbeing is crucial for companies to achieve an aggressive advantage.
Before leaders can promote a culture of wellbeing, however, they have to know very well what wellbeing is.
Based on Gallup researchers, Rath and Harter (2010), Wellbeing is one of the mixture of our passion for what we should do every day, the caliber of our relationships, the safety in our finances, the vibrancy in our health, and also the pride we consume what we should have led to our communities.
